Spring is in the air, the flowers and cherry trees are blooming, and we’re having warmer temperatures. It’s time to get back outside for some fresh air! Start with a walking program for 20-30 minutes and build it up gradually. Or sign up for a race coming up and start training for your first 5K or more!
We need to be active, especially as we age. No more excuses, get outside rain or shine. You will feel better for it!
