My training fees are lower than a club or gym and I have over 15 years experience!
When first meeting with a new client, there are 3 simple steps:
1st- You fill out a fitness history questionnaire
2nd- I do a body assessment and observe basic movements looking for any muscle tightness or weakness and fitness level
3rd- We discuss your goals, current activities, time available and nutrition plan
Then we get started!!!
I offer private, semi-private and small group training for up to 5 women.
