Try To Enjoy Life Instead Of Just Getting Through It

Here’s an exercise that will bring a new perspective to your daily experiences, by Regena Thomashauer.

 

First, identify something to brag about. What are you proud of right now?

Second, identify something in your life you appreciate or are grateful for.

Third,  identify something you desire. If money, time, and the laws of physics were no object, what would you desire right now?

Try doing this exercise daily, answering these questions in your journal and reflect on them.
